By accessing clearfound.site, you agree to provide accurate information during the enrollment process. Our courses are designed for personal professional development; therefore, account sharing or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary curriculum is strictly prohibited.
Age Requirements
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our paid admissions portal. We reserve the right to verify identification to maintain the safety of our student community.

Curriculum & Sovereignty
Every lesson, audio clip, and PDF provided by ClearFound Language Academy is a product of our expert educators. Here is how you can use it.
Individual License
Students are granted a non-transferable license to use course materials for personal study. You may print syllabus documents and store offline copies of materials specifically marked "Downloadable" for your own use.
Commercial Use
You may not sell, redistribute, or use our proprietary teaching methods to train others for profit. Content scraping via automated systems is strictly forbidden and may result in a permanent ban without refund.
Financial Transparency
All fees for online and on-site courses at our Istanbul campus must be paid in full prior to the start of the term unless a specific installment plan is approved. We use secure third-party processors to handle transactions.
Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@clearfound.site. Full refunds are typically available if requested 7 days before the course commencement. After this period, a credit for future courses may be issued at our discretion.
Liability & Limitations

We aim for 99% uptime of our digital learning portal but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance windows.

ClearFound is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from technical issues beyond our control.

Course outcomes depend on student participation; we cannot guarantee specific examination results or fluency levels.
Resolution of Conflicts
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. We encourage students to reach out to our administration first to resolve any misunderstandings. Our goal is always your education and satisfaction.
